I’ve been devoted to early childhood education my entire adult life. I graduated from Terra Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), then earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Child and Family Community Services from Bowling Green State University. After graduating, I continued working as a lead Toddler Teacher at a Migrant Head Start Program. While teaching there, I moved up the ranks from Teacher to Education Coordinator/Supervisor.

After 24 years working in the field of Early Childhood Education, it stills continues to excite me. I am deeply inspired by our community of learners, and I’m grateful to work in an environment that emphasizes a sense of belonging and well-being for everyone. It is my belief that strong relationships are essential foundations for optimal learning. Thus, the reason I became a PD Specialist. It’s better to give than to receive!
